Our responsibility is to resolve any issues that are precluding the title's marketability, if any. We order title examinations and all insuring searches, disclosing any and/or all information to our proposed buyers in a timely manner. We resolve any insuring issues, if any.
Florida Title Company understands TRID guidelines and helps the client understand the mortgage process and the relevant aspects of the lender's conveying requirements if applicable. We work with your realtors, brokers, lawyers, lenders, and associations. We coordinate the closing, assist the parties through the process, and explain the documents to be signed.
